Philadelphia Mural Arts | Mural & Graphic Design Artist

I was contracted to create a series of welcome poster and billboard designs intended to be displayed within Philadelphia City Hall as well as all international Philadelphia airports and resource centers. As apart of the Philadelphia City Government’s “You Belong Here’, summer 2021 welcome campaign, centered around the incoming refugees from the Middle East.

Summer of Solidarity Pop-Up | Artist & Creator

Moved by the solitude of Covid and the magnitude of the BLM protests, I wanted to create a creative color based social media information reflection - off social media. Hence Summer of Solidary an interactive arts and design pop-up consisting of original designs in the form of clothing, stickers, posters, lawn posts and more - was born! Ann Arbor Public Library | Mural Artist

In a response to the international BLM movement, the Ann Arbor District Library put out a call to the community for a new work in which it will be lead by and designed by Black Michigan Artists. I had the honor of being selected alongside 7 other artists to create a panel design for a mural.

GOODFest | Crowd & Live Stream Camera Operator

Emcee’d by Glynn Washington, the host of NPR’s “Snap Judgement,” hosted at Oakland’s Starline Social Club - contracted by GooglePixel. I was the live stream camera operator and audience producer capturing performances by up-and-coming local talent Kelsey Lu, Grammy-nominated funk-fusion outfit Fantastic Negrito and Album of the Year contender Solange Knowles.

Nure Collective | 1st Ed. Zine Artist & Set Designer

Approached by my neighbor Lenworth at the time who is one of Nure’s founding members along with Muze , Chris Martin. We were in the process of formally organizing the collective when tragedy struck our whole community via The Ghost Ship fire. Before I left Oakland, CA, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the Nure team on a printed magazine.

The Banddeux DEMF Kickoff | Set Designer

The Detroit Electronic Music Festival or DEMF is THE international destination for all things house and electronic music in the world. Founded and hosted every year in the heart of Detroit Michigan. When the founders of The Banddeux, which is a Black woman owned Creator Lab approached me to design their setup for the Little Saints one year anniversary DEMF day party!

Braille | Album Model & Dancer

Working with my creative partner Effix, we created the visuals for Braille Sounds first album ‘Sounds’. We working on the album cover as well as the singles video visuals and elements.

Brother From Another Time | Dancer

Brother from Another Time is an independent hybrid documentary short highlighting the impact of Vogue in the Black Queer community. The short was shown at the SFMoma as apart of SF Pride events. Shot on location in Oakland, CA.

Sound Off! | Experimental Dance Visuals

I had the opportunity to work on a experimental digital media performance for Museum of Pop Culture - MoPop in Seattle Washington. I worked with creative director Effix to create the visuals for the house DJ during the Sound Off festival.

Jewels by Jah | Jewelry Designer

Believe it or not - I my favorite medium is metalsmithing specifically fine jewelry grade - benchwork trade. Additionally I know how to weld, forge and 3D print. I have been making fine jewelry independently since high school. While in Oakland, CA I had the opportunity to prototype a fine jewelry series of 5 designs for people with gauged ears. A project I wish to revisit soon!

MS.RPRSNTD Project | Artist/Model

Adrienne D. Williams - ‘MS.RPRSNTD; Vol 1-Issue : “Personal Stories are Facts” , zine is a donation based publication inspired by her amazing photography exhibition that show. The zine uses personal narratives of other Women of Color WOC Artist to highlight the systematic misrepresentation of our voices. As apart of the exhibition she created skateboard decks from our artist photoshoots.

Amy Poehler’s SM | Featured Artist

I was a featured artist and model in Adrienne D. Williams digital and print Zine - ‘MS.RPRSNTD; Vol 1-Issue : “Personal Stories are Facts”. The project included a traveling show in LA and as a result Amy Poehler’s Smart Girls reached out to me for an interview and feature in their online publication.

Digital Creator Ecosystems | Thesis Presentation

My master’s thesis at the University of Michigan School of Information focused on the digital creator experience. More specifically conducting mixed method ethnographic research like semi-structured interviews to gather insights. Here I am presenting my findings to lumiares : Dr. Tawanna Dillahunt, Dr. Oliver Hamison and Dr. Nazanin Andalibi.

Mothers Show | Artist

The Woman Made Gallery is a Chicago based non-profit gallery known for elevating women and non-binary artists through exhibitions, membership, and community based programs. I was selected along for the juried Mother’s Show that ran for three months out of their gallery in Chicago. In which I exhibited a mixed media installation piece.

SC40 | Exhibition Curator

The University of Michigan Spectrum is the oldest LGBTQ+ office on a college campus in the United States. The center was started by the late Jim Toy in in 1971, I had the honor of curating and hosting the queer art exhibit in as apart of the centers 40th anniversary events.
